Over the years, Ms. Lennox has played an active and leading role in Jones Day's representations of debtors and potential debtors, creditors' committees, prepetition secured lenders, bank groups, DIP lenders, credit card processors, and other significant creditors in many of the nation's largest in-court and out-of-court corporate restructurings, including the chapter 11 cases of:

• Dana Corporation, Oglebay Norton Company, LTV Steel Company, Copperweld Corporation, Imperial Home Decor Group, Tultex Corporation, Macy's/Federated, Fruehauf Trailer Corporation, Great American Communications Company (a prepackaged case), and CSC Industries/Copperweld Steel Company as debtors' counsel

• HomePlace Stores as creditors' committee counsel

• The Pittsburgh Penguins as indenture trustee counsel

• Forum Health, Southern Air Transport, Phar-Mor, Colfor/Colmach (affiliates of ABS Industries), and The Gibson-Homans Company as secured lenders' and DIP lenders' counsel and

• R.H. Macy & Co., United Airlines, US Airways, Delta Airlines Northwest Airlines, and The Wornick Company as counsel to significant creditors.

In addition, Ms. Lennox has substantial experience counseling clients in fraudulent conveyance, illegal dividend, preferential transfer, fiduciary duty, and piercing the corporate veil issues as well as mass tort and executory contract issues in bankruptcy. She has represented a number of entities in the structuring and consummation of spin-offs, secured financings, distressed sales and acquisitions, and other out-of-court restructuring transactions. She also has extensive experience in bankruptcy-related litigation. Ms. Lennox has co-authored bankruptcy-related articles published in The Business Lawyer and the Journal of Bankruptcy Law and Practice. She was named an "Outstanding Young Professional" for 2006 by Turnarounds & Workouts, an Ohio Super Lawyer (2005-2009), one of the "leaders in her field" by Chambers USA (2005-2009), one of The Best Lawyers in America (2006-2009), and she is listed in the Guide to the World's Leading Insolvency and Restructuring Lawyers. She is the Cleveland Office Administrative Partner and a Fellow in the American College of Bankruptcy and a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, the American Bar Association, and the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association.
